Confusion leads to lost sales, so making your customers shopping experience easy is important. Your web site comes with pre-written instructions on how to use it.
This page shows you what those instructions look like.

The delivery and returns policies on this page can be customised to your specific needs.

Note that these instructions also apply to this demonstration, except you can place a test order without parting with your credit card number.

How to Buy

  1. Type a quantity next to any item you want and click the Add to Cart button Do this for each item you want to purchase
  2. To pay for your order or to view the contents of your shopping cart, click the Checkout button
  3. Your shopping cart contents will be displayed and you will be asked for your delivery details Please check your shopping cart and fill in the details
  4. Check your delivery details are correct and click the continue button. You will be asked for your credit card details
  5. Check your credit card details are correct and click the Purchase button. You should receive your order within 3 working days.

Service, Delivery & Returns

Delivery Details

  • We deliver anywhere in New Zealand
  • Delivery normally takes one to 3 working days
  • We will email you a confirmation when your product leaves the shop
  • The cost of delivery is $3.50 no matter where you live in New Zealand, or how many items you buy

Returns

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect item. Items must be returned in their received condition with full details of the purchase (our invoice will suffice for this).

You may return your purchase product for the following reasons:

  • The product does not match what you ordered
  • The product is damaged or unusable
  • The product is faulty or defective
We will fully refund the cost of the product (plus shipping) in these cases.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

For returns, please do the following:

  • Where possible, return the goods in the same condition as you received them
  • Clearly address the item so that we receive the item
  • Include a note explaining the reason for the returned goods, your purchase order and bank account details so that we can refund the item

If you decide after making your purchase that you want to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Once the item has been sent we do not refund items.
