For the last year this has been my process for sending an email to my database of over 3000 names: Writing it, putting in to PDF, copying 30 email addresses at a time in to the address bar, sending and then deleting bounced addresses. I knew I wanted an e-commerce website to support our retail business, and I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted it to look like and how I wanted it to work, but where to start ?

To cut a long story short I searched the web and yellow pages for suppliers, cut out any based downtown (too expensive), checked supplier's portfolios and then sent the remaining short listed suppliers a design brief. Why did I choose Anyware ?

They put an enormous amount of upfront effort into understanding my needs so they could give me a well thought through and fully costed proposal. This investment was on spec as I hadn't decide, at that time, to give them the business. They produced mock-ups of possible website designs and demonstrated how the transactional side of the site would work. They were very patient with a website novice in explaining technical considerations and options in a way I could understand. Needless to say their price was also competitive and they were happy to provide a fixed price guarantee. How did it go ?

Phil and the Anyware team were a pleasure to deal with. They were always available and they were very helpful with suggesting options for both the creative design and transactional aspects of the site. The tool kit provided to update and maintain the site is brilliant - so easy to use, even for someone with only basic computer skills.

I am delighted with the finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending Anyware.
