PDFCreator
PDFCreator is a simple utility that allows you to print just about any document to a PDF file from a windows application. It allows you to easily create forms and documents firstly in a windows word processor application and then convert it to a PDF file to place on your website.

Install
You can download the PDFCreator application from this location: Download PDFCreator Clicking on the above will link will start the download of PDFCreator. Follow these steps to install it.


  1. Click on Next
  2. Accept the license agreement
  3. Accept the default install location and click on Next
  4. Select Install to begin the installation process

Using PDFCreator
Using the PDFCreator is very easy. Simply open your word processing application (ie. Microsoft Word) and create the document that you wish to turn into a PDF file. Once you have the document looking how you want follow these steps:

  1. Click on File | Print (or whatever the print option in your word processor is)
  2. Next to Name there is a drop down menu, click on this and select PDFCreator from the list.
    Note: If PDFCreator is not listed then you will need to go through the installation procedure again to either install the application or repair your installation.
  3. Click on OK
  4. Fill in the fields as you want then click on Save
  5. Select the location that you want to save the PDF file to and select Save
  6. Adobe Acrobat will then launch your PDF file
