Anyware Limited helps small business owners to grow their businesses using the Internet.
We build small business web sites and we market them using video, search engines and automated follow up systems.
We're looking for raw skills, great attitude, organisation and practical 'nouse'.
For new skills, on the job training will be provided. This is NOT a technical role and you don't need to be a web, marketing or video guru.
A growing business located in Newlands, Wellington, New Zealand, we require a full time customer service specialist/office assistant.
Approximately 35 hours per week, 46 to 48 weeks per year.
Hours of work are approx 9:30am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
In this role you will work partly from home, partly from our new office (location to be announced) and partly from our head office in Kentwood Drive, Newlands so travel time and cost is minimal. You will enjoy a great variety of interesting work and be part of a friendly and inspired team.
Primary Qualities Required For This Role:
1. Know how to "think" and make pragmatic decisions. If you're just an order-taker, and need constant direction or supervision, this is NOT the right job for you.
2. Responsible - you show up and keep me and the rest of the team informed.
3. Good news is best. Bad news is fine (the messenger is never shot). No news is NEVER OK - we need to know what's going on.
4. Detail-oriented and note-taker. You are a detailed note-taker. If you find yourself asking the same question more than once or can't find your notes, you're not the right person for this job.

Anyware has BIG plans in the next year and we need someone who can think on their feet, keep everything organised and shield the managing director from interruptions, distractions and tasks that can be done by other people.

Some of these are secondary requirements that you will learn over time so you can cover for our our Content Developer/Project Administrator when they are away or unavailable.
Anyware is a highly customer focussed company and we have a process for everything. You will receive full training and support from your fellow team members and the business owner.
The successful applicant has these qualities:
You will provide your own comfortable working environment and high-speed Internet connection. Providing your own PC is not essential but will give you an advantage.
We use (and will install for you where neccessary) a range of tools, including a virtual private network, file server, web based sales, quoting, invoicing and project management systems, to make your home office a part of our efficient, team environment. We will put an extension of our web based (VOIP) office phone system in your home office.
The hourly rate is $16-$18 per hour. This is an employee role (not contractor).
To be considered for this role you must already be a resident of New Zealand and living in Wellington.
This is a serious role with a serious company. If you are looking for a hobby job that fits around your lifestyle this is not the role for you.
