Since early 2007 we have been putting in place a project management system.
The system tracks every task for every project we work on. We designed it to maximise consistency, quality and efficiency. It helps us to manage priorities and deadlines, and ensures no task is overlooked.

10% project management fee

The system has helped us reduce the amount of time we spend organising tasks. And to maximise efficiency we manage tasks in groups.
We often spend 15 or 20 minutes managing tasks for a number of projects. Rather than spend additional time identifying the amount of time spent on each project, we add a standard 10% project management fee to all projects.

Service, Quality & Efficiency

Overall, we've found the project management system has helped us to improve our responsiveness, the quality of our work, and our efficiency. And because every task stays in the system until it has been marked as completed, this has had a great effect on finishing off web site developments where tasks often linger long after the main project is complete.
